Internet poker meets MySpace. That is how GNUF.com, the latest addition to the online gambling industry, is being billed. GNUF is much more than a poker room - it is an online community where poker players can interact, be that through forums, profiles or blogs. And it wont be long before GNUF's upcoming media centre enables players to upload and download videos or pictures as well.

As for the poker, GNUF is part of the Prima Poker network, meaning players have access to hundreds of games at all hours of the day and night. There are typically over 4000 active real-money players on the network at any given time, and the Microgaming software is some of the most reliable on the Internet.

Graphics

The graphics on GNUF are pretty good. The colours are rich and the table design is clean and simple, and even though there are no avatars the table looks good.

Playability

Table
Playability at GNUF is excellent. There are so many superb features it would be impossible to mention them all, however one of the best features is the option to choose from three different table sizes. The small setting is perfect for people who like to play multiple tables, while the big setting is great for people with poor eyesight! Microgaming software more accurately imitates live play than perhaps any other, with great attention to detail.

Lobby
GNUF’s lobby is fine, with all the necessary statistics displayed alongside each table to help you select the right game.

Player Numbers

Ring
The Prima Poker network is sixth busiest poker network on the internet and regularly hits over 1600 real money player active at the same time.

Tournament
Tournaments are even more popular than ring games so GNUF players will never be far away from a big prize pool!

GNUF’s rake is about the industry average, with low limit games capped at a maximum of $1 per pot.
